All Ubuntu Academy products are digital. There is no physical shipping, no delivery fees and no logistics waiting times.
1. How delivery works
As soon as your payment is confirmed, we send a delivery email to the address you provided at checkout. The email contains:
- Your order reference.
- A secure link to access your course.
- Direct links to download the included resources.
You'll also see the purchased course in your account area, ready to watch at any time.
2. Delivery time
Delivery is normally instant — within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases (payment provider delays, email delivery issues) it can take up to 60 minutes.
3. If you didn't get the email
Try the following, in this order:
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Search your inbox for "Ubuntu Academy" or your order reference.
- Confirm the email address you entered at checkout was correct.
- Contact hello@ubuntuacademy.co.za with your order reference and we'll resend it right away.
4. Access period
Once delivered, your access is lifetime. You can revisit the course, re-download resources and receive future updates for as long as the course is part of our catalogue.
5. International customers
Because every product is digital, we deliver worldwide. There are no customs, import duties or shipping costs.
